   Bare breasted beachgoers can breathe easier now at  New South Wales beaches.
   The Christian Democrats MLC, the Reverend Fred Nile wanted a vote to ban women (not men) from sunbathing topless at the beach, though it’s been common practice for decades.  He feels it’s offensive to some folks.
