Well, we’re gonna bite the bullet and take the grandkids (still can’t believe we’re grandparents!) to a regular campground for the weekend. This place is, as memory serves from our children’s day, probably the best fun campground for kids (and parents) in Wisconsin. We’ll live, it’ll be OK.
Unless it rains all weekend.
But, no prob, they have indoor stuff for kids too. And a bar with decent pizza.
We made the reservations in a hurry and then remembered, Skippy the Camp Dog! Oh my, what to do? Well, if left at home he eats the house, and cats, so he’s coming with. Good news is that there are kids at the campground that doggy-sit so we may be able to get away by ourselves for a while.
We’ll let you know how it turns out (know you are absolutely at the edge of your seats in anticipation!), and will give a glowing recommendation if this place is as fun as it
was years ago. I’m sure they’d appreciate that coming from a couple of nudie freaks!
Hey, nudists have kids and grandkids that don’t partake, it’s nice to have a place to take them. And maybe skinny-dip after dark…
Angie says no. She has a problem with calling their folks and asking them to bail us out of jail. Ah, women…
So see ya in a few days (unless they have wireless at camp). Have a good weekend!

Home from the campground, not a bad time at all considering that we had to wear clothes all the time.
Grandkids had a ball, ten million-zillion kids there to play with. They met a couple of famous Packers at a ‘Deal or No Deal’ fundraiser there, played, swam, all the usual kid stuff. Campfire, s’mores, fishing and swimming.
Ah, they would have enjoyed it so much more nude, if only they knew.
We’d certainly recommend Pride of America (near Pardeeville, WI.) to anyone with kids for a great weekend. It’s big and noisy and fun.
Bring your own firewood, theirs doesn’t burn well.
Sunday night, time to flake out, bye! A & S
